Deacons are responsible for various duties that support the church's mission and the well-being of its members. These duties include but are not limited to:
Supporting the Pastor, we work under the leadership and spiritual guidance of the pastor, providing assistance and encouragement in the ministry's execution.
Conducting Church Meetings, we participate in the governance of the church, engaging in meetings and discussions to make decisions that impact the church's direction.
Providing Pastoral Care, we offer spiritual care and support to members, assisting them in times of need and providing guidance on spiritual issues.
Promoting Church Unity, we strive to foster unity within the church, bridging gaps between leadership and the congregation while promoting a sense of community.
Engaging in Outreach and Missions, we take part in outreach activities, such as visiting the sick or assisting the elderly, and supporting missions within the church when needed.
This Deacon team is here for you, please get with any one of us when you have a need or concern. If you would like to get together with us as a group for anything, we meet the 3rd Sunday evening of each month at 5pm in the Men's Sunday school classroom.
